Tae Kwon Do

Also known as Korean Karate, this 2000 year old art form respects the traditional past but relates to today's youth. You will learn kicking and punching techniques, Poomses (forms), self-defense, basic Korean terminology, drills and sparring. You will learn respect, discipline, honor and self-control.

Muay Thai Kickboxing/ MMA

This is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Referred to as the "Science of 8 Limbs." You will learn to block and strike with your hands, elbows, shins and feet. It's a great sport that teaches real self-defense. You will get in shape while having fun!
